Decision making on new dwelling construction in the low-rise house-building
The work describes the model of typical consumer behavior in the low-rise house-building market. The author grounds the importance of this market development for the state economy and the consumers. Recommendations are elaborated for construction organizations to influence the consumers in order to increase these organizations’ share in the overall volume of construction works’ executives. These recommendations may be used by companies in strategic planning.
