Conditions of judges’ corrupt behavior at original jurisdiction of criminal cases
The article deals with judges’ arbitrary rule and subjectivism, which occur at the stage of court investigation in the Russian criminal court procedure. The issues of the judges’ responsibility for arbitrary rule are discussed; the conditions of the judges’ corrupt behavior are investigated at original jurisdiction.
