Institution of pre-trial agreement on cooperation between the accused and the prosecutor: on the optimality of the existing procedure
The article analyzes the new criminal-procedural institution of the pre-trial agreement between the accused and the prosecutor. The theoretical and applied issues are revealed, arousing when signing the agreement. Basing on the study of well-known researchers’ views, the authors give recommendations of law enforcement character.
