Forming of the institution of judicial review in civil procedure of early Armenia (slavery epoch)
The article views the historical aspects of forming and development of an institution of judicial review in court procedure in Armenia. Though very few sources on court procedure in Armenia of the ancient period were preserved, the author presents numerous facts from the history of development of court procedures in ancient Armenia and neighboring countries which make it possible to restore the main prerequisites of forming and developing of that institution in the studied historical period.
