Essence of management of an enterprise production program and the role of analysis in this process
The article presents critical investigation of the existing approaches to the production program management and proposes the author’s interpretation of the mentioned category. The author considers the role of analysis in the process of forming and executing of production program and marks the main directions o improving analytical procedures.
