On federalism and European Union
The article informs of the new book by A.V. Klyomin published by a foreign publishing house for Russia and CIS countries. The author centers attention on the European Union and attempt of its federalization. The basic principles and methods of federalism are described referring to international organization; the mechanisms andreaseons for their dysfunctions are revealed.
