Legal regulation of bankruptcy in Russia in the second half of the 18th century


The article is devoted to the features of legal regulation of bankruptcy in Russia in the second half of the 18th c. It is revealed that Bankruptcy Charter of 1800 contained the first elaboration of the notion of insolvency which is used in the Russian legislation till nowadays.
